Can I install the veranda myself?
Yes, all our veranda kits are designed for self-assembly. The extensive manual and instruction videos guide you step by step. On average, installation takes 4-8 hours with 2 people.
What tools do I need?
You need standard tools: a cordless drill, spirit level, tape measure, spanner set and a ladder. Possibly an Allen key set for fine adjustment.
How long does delivery take?
The standard delivery time is 5-10 working days after ordering. For custom work this can increase to 15 working days. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has shipped.
Is a building permit required?
For most verandas up to 30 m2 and a maximum depth of 3 meters, no permit is required under Dutch permit-free building rules. Always check your municipality's zoning plan for specific rules.
How do I maintain my veranda?
Aluminium verandas are virtually maintenance-free. Clean the structure twice a year with lukewarm water and a mild cleaner. Check the fixing points annually.
Can I order the glass sliding wall later?
Yes, our glass sliding walls can easily be added to an existing veranda. Contact us for advice on the best combination.
